I had a mixed experience with Associated telesales. While their customer service was excellent, and the team was knowledgeable, the overall delivery of the service fell short of my expectations. There were some issues with the communication and the results were not as promising as I had hoped. However, the team was responsive to my concerns and tried to rectify the situation. It was an average experience overall.
