I had an average experience with Takara multimedia. Their website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to resolve any issues I had. Overall, I would say they are an okay company with room for improvement.
