I have been renting a house from Zuni Housing Authority for the past 3 years and I can say that their services are average. The maintenance team is responsive and usually fixes issues within a reasonable timeframe. However, the rental prices are a bit high compared to similar properties in the area. Overall, I would rate them as average.
