I recently used a cold storage service for my business needs and found it to be satisfactory. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication between the company and the customer. It would be great if they could provide more updates on the status of the stored items. Nonetheless, I would consider using the service again if needed.
