I have mixed feelings about Jell Creative. Though some aspects of their work were praiseworthy, I found certain areas lacking. The design of my website was good, but I expected better functionality. Additionally, their pricing seemed to be on the higher side compared to other agencies. However, their customer support was exceptional, which somewhat made up for the shortcomings.
