I recently hired a company to clean the air ducts in my home. I came across this company online and decided to give them a try. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find all the information I needed. The technicians arrived on time and were polite. They did a decent job of cleaning the ducts, but nothing extraordinary. I expected better results given the price I paid. Additionally, I felt like they lacked attention to detail, as I noticed a few areas that were left untouched. The overall cleaning process took longer than I anticipated, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the customer service was satisfactory, as they promptly responded to my inquiries. While the service was average, I am not sure if I would choose them again for future duct cleaning needs.
