Ellicottville brewing is a fantastic brewery with a great selection of craft beers. The atmosphere is lively and the staff is friendly. I particularly enjoyed their IPA and stout options. The only drawback is that it can get crowded on weekends. But overall, it's a fantastic place to relax and enjoy quality beers with friends!
