8teal is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. I have been using their products for a while now, and I haven't had any major issues. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support is sometimes slow to respond, and the website could be more user-friendly. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
