I recently went on a trip organized by a travel agency. The overall experience was good, but there were a few areas that could have been improved. The itinerary was well-planned and we visited some amazing places. However, the tour guide seemed a bit unenthusiastic and didn't provide much information about the attractions. The website of the travel agency was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth.
