I recently went on a trip organized by panamagreatadventures.com and had an average experience. The tour guides were knowledgeable and the activities were fun, but I felt that the overall value for money could have been better. The transportation arrangements were not as efficient as I had hoped, which caused delays and inconvenience. The customer service was good, but there is definitely room for improvement. Despite these limitations, I still had a decent time on the trip.
