I had a mixed experience with Tech NH Inc. Overall, I would rate them as average. The company website at technh.com is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. I expected more from a company of their reputation. I hope they work on improving their customer support in the future.
