Loyalty Management Netherlands (Air Miles) is an average company. Their customer service is decent, but their rewards program could be better. I have been a member for a few years now and while I do appreciate the convenience of earning and using my Air Miles, I find that the redemption options are limited and not very exciting. I also wish there were more ways to earn Air Miles outside of just shopping at specific retailers. Overall, it's an okay loyalty program, but there are definitely better ones out there.
