I recently hired EAI for an environmental abatement project and found their services to be average. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated timeframe, which was impressive. However, the communication during the project was lacking. It was difficult to get hold of the project manager, and the updates provided were minimal. Additionally, the level of cleanliness after the abatement was subpar. There were still traces of debris left behind, which required extra cleaning on my part. On the positive side, the technicians seemed knowledgeable and experienced in their work. Overall, EAI did an okay job, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
