I visited Iyengar yoga for the first time and was blown away by the quality of instruction. The teachers were attentive and provided individualized guidance when needed. The studio had a calming ambiance and was well-equipped. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Iyengar yoga is definitely a place I would recommend for all yoga enthusiasts.
