I recently hired a construction company for a project and found Mid State Construction Company, Inc. through their website. The website was well-designed, making it easy to find information about their services and previous projects. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the communication process. It took longer than expected to get a response to my initial inquiry, and there were a few instances where I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Once the project started, the quality of the work was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would hope for better communication and attention to detail in the future. 🏗️
