I had an average experience working with a home builders association in East Central Illinois for my construction project. While the end result met my expectations, the communication and execution could have been better. There were some delays and minor issues that needed attention. However, the team was responsive and fixed the problems promptly. Overall, they did a decent job, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of project management.
