I had a mixed experience with Pbt consulting. While their team was knowledgeable and offered some good insights, there were a few areas where I felt they could have done better. The communication could have been more proactive, and at times, it took longer than expected to get responses. Overall, they did an average job, but I believe there is room for improvement.
