💯 I had an average experience with First Coast Tax & Accounting. The team was knowledgeable and assisted me with my tax-related questions. However, I felt that the level of customer service could have been better. It took longer than expected to receive responses and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, they provided satisfactory service, but improvements can be made to their communication and responsiveness. 💯
