I have been living in a property managed by the housing authority for a while now, and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The staff is usually helpful and the application process was relatively easy. The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. While there have been a few minor issues, overall, I feel like I made the right choice by choosing the housing authority of Plainfield.
