I've been a loyal customer of Aquila, Ltd. Health & Fitness Solutions for a few years now, and I have to say that their services are average at best. The equipment is outdated, the trainers lack experience, and the facilities are not well-maintained. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness solution.
