I recently had the opportunity to work with Tri Lakes Insurance Group LLC and I must say, their service was average at best. While they were able to provide me with the coverage I needed, their customer service was quite lacking. Their representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took multiple phone calls and emails to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience with Tri Lakes Insurance Group LLC as just average.
