Hooperlabs Inc. is an average company to work with. Although they have a good website at hooperlabs.com, their customer service needs improvement. The response time for inquiries is slow, and there have been instances where my concerns were not addressed adequately. However, their products are of decent quality and their prices are competitive. Overall, an average experience.
