I have been a customer of Simplex e-solutions for over a year now and I must say that their services are average. They have a good range of products and their website is easy to navigate, but I feel that their customer support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
