I recently had my motorcycle customized by 'Fat Fabrications/Choppers' and while the end result was satisfactory, the customer service was lacking. The customization took longer than initially estimated, and communication about the delays could have been improved. The quality of the work was good, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.
