I recently had an experience with a government contractor and I was not impressed. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, it was not very helpful. I am always hesitant to work with government contractors, and BT Federal did not meet my expectations.
