I recently purchased a trenching equipment from this company and overall it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the product I was looking for. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had some questions about the equipment, and it took a while to get a response. 🤔 Additionally, the delivery took longer than expected. On the positive side, the equipment itself is of good quality and has been working well since I received it. The company could improve by being more responsive to customer inquiries and by providing more accurate delivery estimates. Although my experience was average, I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
