The delivery took longer than expected, and the tracking information provided was not updated in real-time. Additionally, the packaging could have been better as some of the items arrived slightly damaged. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful in resolving my concerns. Overall, while I appreciate the ease of ordering and the customer service support, the delayed delivery and damaged packaging were disappointing.
