This review applies to their service center, not sales as I had a bad experience with a salesman at this location in 2014. I've been getting cars serviced at BMW of Sterling on and off for 17 years. In the company's previous location, getting a car serviced was a mediocre experience. At the new location across the street, I'd had nothing but great experiences. The drop-off process is very smooth and simple. BMW of Sterling offers complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations. The gentleman driver I've had for the two times I'd used the shuttle is one of the friendliest people I've met in the service industry. I highly recommend using BMW of Sterling to get your vehicle serviced. I'm so impressed by the improvement in the service department that I plan to give the location another chance to win my business for my next vehicle.
