I've been using Gersis software, llc for a few months now and I must say it's been a mixed experience. The software itself is decent, with a good range of features. However, there have been some issues with the user interface being a bit confusing and the customer support not being as responsive as I would like. Overall, it's alright, but there's definitely room for improvement.
