I have been a customer of Universal home health & hospice care for a few years now and I must say their services are average at best. While the staff is friendly and professional, there have been several instances where appointments were rescheduled last minute without any prior notification. This has been quite inconvenient for me and has caused unnecessary stress. Overall, the care provided is satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement.
