I recently had the opportunity to work with a financial services company. I wasn't impressed with their performance overall. The website was well-designed, but I found the navigation to be a bit confusing. Additionally, their customer support was lacking. I had difficulty getting my questions answered in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
