I had a pretty average experience with Adapt solutions ag. Their website adapt-solutions.ch is easy to navigate and their products are decent. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in their customer service. The response time was a bit slow, and I had to follow up a couple of times before getting a satisfactory answer. Overall, it was an okay experience.
