I have been using John Bowen & Assoc's / Fusion Reporting for a while now and I must say that their service is average. It's not bad, but it's not exceptional either. The reporting they provide is accurate and reliable, but there are certainly areas where they can improve. The user interface could be more user-friendly and intuitive, and the overall experience could be smoother. However, the customer support is responsive and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate them as average.
