I recently booked a trip through this company and I must say, my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of travel options to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a question about my booking and it took multiple attempts and a long wait on hold before I could finally reach a representative. Even then, their response was not very helpful. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the payment process, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the trip itself was satisfactory and met my expectations. Overall, I would rate this company as average. There is room for improvement in terms of customer service and payment efficiency.
