I have been a loyal customer of Nic nac media for many years and I must say that their services are average. While they have a good range of products, I feel that their customer service could be better. It takes a long time for them to respond to queries and sometimes I feel ignored. However, they do deliver on their promises and have good quality products. I would recommend them, but with reservations.
