I want to share my experience with Ozark Mountain Technologies. Overall, I have to say that their products are of average quality. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. I was expecting better support from a company of this caliber. In summary, Ozark Mountain Technologies is an okay company to do business with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
