🤔 The company's website was easy to navigate and had a professional look. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not always clear. Moreover, there were a couple of instances where they promised to follow up but never did. This lack of communication was quite frustrating. On the positive side, their products were of decent quality and met my needs. The prices were also competitive, which was a plus. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average. They have the potential to improve their customer service and communication, which would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers like myself.
