I recently reached out to an organization for help with housing, and while they were able to provide some assistance, I didn't have the best experience. The staff was friendly, but the process was quite slow, and there were a few miscommunications along the way. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I expected a bit more efficiency.
