As a customer of Sdsfitness, I have to say that their service is average. The trainers are knowledgeable and the facilities are clean. However, I found the workout programs to be somewhat repetitive and lacking variety. Overall, it's an okay gym for those who are just starting out or looking for a basic workout routine.
