The trainers at Compete Strength & Conditioning are awesome! They are knowledgeable, motivating, and provide excellent instruction. The classes are challenging but doable, and I always feel accomplished after each workout. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Overall, Compete is a top-notch gym!
