As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Prestige alarm & specialty products, inc. for a few months now and I must say that their services are average. The alarm system provided by them is reliable and their customer support is responsive. However, the installation process was a bit complicated and their website could use some improvements. Overall, I would rate them as average.
