I have mixed feelings about Jcma, inc. On one hand, their products are of high quality and their website gojcma.com is easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. They are often slow to respond to inquiries and sometimes the shipping takes longer than expected. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
