I recently had a dental procedure done by this company. The website was informative and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed. The staff was pleasant and the office was clean and inviting. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. While the procedure was done satisfactorily, I felt that the communication about the process could have been clearer. Additionally, I didn't receive as much follow-up care and information as I would have liked post-procedure. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and post-procedure care.
