I had an average experience with Crabapple financial svc. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. However, I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing updates and keeping me informed about the progress of my financial matters. Overall, the services provided were satisfactory.
