I have been a customer of Alrayah network for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide reliable internet connection, their customer support can be quite frustrating to deal with. There have been multiple occasions where I had to wait on hold for a long time just to speak with a representative. On top of that, the technician visits are often delayed and sometimes they don't even show up at all. Overall, I would say that Alrayah network is an average company that can use some improvements in their customer service.
