Overall, my experience with Sunset Window Blinds Ltd was decent. The quality of the blinds is satisfactory, but there were some delays in the delivery. The customer service representative I spoke to was helpful, but it took longer than expected to resolve my issue. I would consider purchasing from them again, but I hope they improve their delivery process.
