The design firm provided satisfactory results for my project. The team was responsive and had a good understanding of my requirements. However, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other firms offering similar services. The quality of the work was decent, but I expected a little more creativity and originality in the designs provided. The communication was professional, and the project was completed within the expected timeframe. Overall, the experience was average, and while the end result was acceptable, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and creativity.
