I recently used the services of this property management company. While the website was user-friendly and provided some helpful information, I found the customer service to be average. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and I felt that the communication could have been more prompt and clear. Additionally, the overall service provided was satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. I appreciate the effort put into managing the properties, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of client interaction and responsiveness. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
