I have been using Iticket for a while now and overall, I am quite pleased with their service. The website is easy to navigate and the ticket booking process is straightforward. The tickets are always delivered on time, which is great. However, I have had a few issues with customer support. The response time is sometimes slow and the representatives aren't always the most helpful. I hope they can improve in this area. Other than that, Iticket is a reliable ticketing platform.
