I have been using Nuevatel for a while now and I have mixed feelings about their service. The network coverage is satisfactory, but I have experienced occasional call drops. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, I would say Nuevatel is an average mobile service provider.
